Obeo has recently launched full motion video tours in select areas. These cutting edge virtual tours are where we film 5-10 minuets of professional video footage of the home and upload it to our website. We compress the video into a streaming file so your wait to view the tour is minimal. We also export the tour in a low and high bandwidth option to cater to the viewers Internet connection.
The quality of these tours is exceptional and we strive to use the best equipment to completely captivate the viewer. The buyer or agent can also accompany the videographer at the time of shooting to add audio desciptions of the home. Click to the right to see some samples. Streaming tours allow the viewer to see exactly how the home looks as if they were walking through it themselves. The potential buyer really gets a good idea of the layout of the property and how the rooms relate to one another. They can also be exported to a VHS tape for home viewing by potential buyers.
